Hi! My name is Patty and I'm a poker player
In January, Patty Barrios, a young poker enthusiast and co-owner of Interlink Media Marketing, announced to the world that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a degenerative disease of the central nervous system.
“The worse part is feeling like your health, lifestyle, and career can be snatched away from you one day to the other… But the fight isn’t over!”

Since then, Patty has partnered with NPPT Poker and Proforma DHJ Promotions, to raise funds for Walk MS. Walk MS brings together passionate people who connect in communities nationwide and raise funds to change the world for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis.
In an effort to raise funds, Patty designed an official NPPT Poker t-shirt and gave it out in exchange for a donation to the National MS Society. She then attended pub poker events in Jupiter, FL to raise awareness. Establishments such as Miller’s Ale House, Uncle Mick’s, Grande’s Bella Cucina, Kirby’s, Stadium Grill, Hokkaido Hibachi & Sushi, and Average Joe’s opened their doors to poker aficionados who were ready to flop straights just as much as they were ready to donate to this cause.
“As right now, I can say there is a lot of good happening! I will be representing Team All-In during Walk MS in West Palm Beach on Sunday and I have received TONS of support from my family and friends. Together, we have raised over $3,000 to end Multiple Sclerosis! I am so thankful for ALL of you!”
